From Our Instagram: Everything is Dada

May 20, 2016

In the Yale University Art Gallery’s “Everything is Dada” exhibition, which celebrates the centennial of the movement’s birth, graphic design students from the Yale School of Art created an interactive “Dada Lounge” that pays homage to the Dada spirit. The lounge’s black-and-white walls feature playful vinyl graphics, including a reworked version of Paul Rand’s Yale Press logo (upper left) and a subtle modification of “Urim” and “Thummim,” the Hebrew words for “light” and “truth” that appear on the Yale seal (lower right). Free and open to the public, “Everything is Dada” is on view until July 3
