Today we welcome Emily Monjaraz to the Office of the University Printer. She joins us shortly after graduation from Yale College, where she earned a B.A. in Studio Art with a concentration in Graphic Design. I cannot refrain from pointing out that Emily is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa academic society!
Her design credentials are numerous and varied. In addition to taking the Graphic Design curriculum in the School of Art, she worked on the branding and advertising for Tummy Zen, a start-up from the Yale Entrepreneurial Institute, and as a graphic/scenic/costume/make-up designer for the Dramat.
Emily’s work is bright, playful, and smart. We look forward to her aesthetic perspective and know that she will contribute to the work of our office and be a wonderful ambassador for Yale’s visual identity.
